Cellular Metabolism

cellular metabolism
Four pairs of nucleotide-based compounds are cycled in cellular metabolism:?

ATP/ADP, NADH/NAD+, FAD/FADH2, and NADPH/NADP+. For each of these four pairs, which form of the compound has the highest energy AND where is this energy stored (within the molecule, itself)? (so, for ATP/ADP, tell me which molecule, either ATP or ADP, has the most energy, and in what part of the energy molecule (not the cell!) is that energy stored; then I need the same for each of the other pairs of compounds)

ATP the third Phophate group
NADH – the H
FADH2 the two Hs
NADPH the H
in the case of the last three they donate the electron on the Hs to the electron transport chain to make ATP

add me as contact if you have more biological ?s coming down the pike.
