how can i get my slightly pulled quad to heal faster?
is my logic flawed here?
its pulled a little and im a sprinter in track and its hindering me. SO, this is what ive been doing. Icing 20 min on 20min off. also, im eating more protein which builds muscle faster (would that affect it or no? i mean i know protein builds muscle but in this case would it be the same)
and i was thinking, you want it to move faster and heel faster, so would drinking a little caffiene to speed up my metabolism speed the process of healing?
am i crazy? or will this all work

I’m not sure i got your question exactly right, but i think that eating more protein will help and have an effect, i can’t guarantee that it will have big effect, but some.
