what medication should i ask from my doctor for slowing my metabolism down or gaining weight?
im a 17yr and ive done everything protein shakes,vitamins, and eating plenty of food. im 6,1 and about 122. my bmi is 16.1 and i want to get back in sports but i want to put some weight on first.
You don´t need a doctor to gain weight, you only need eat more. Only remember eat good, I mean balanced meals
