What does warm water, with lemon juice do?
Could I just use that bottled lemon juice?
If so, how much should I put in?
How often should I use it?
Also, what are some super healthy (calorie-burning, or metabolism boosting) breakfast recipes, that don’t take long to make?
I actually just read today that if in the mornings you drink warm water with lemon juice it will speed up your metabolism.
