Question for diet know-it-alls?

What is a good example of a daily menu for five small meals a day to keep my metabolism burning? I cannot eat seafood (allergic) and I am looking for things that are easy to prepare.

meal 1: Carb + Protein Meal
Buckwheat pancakes
protein bar
fruit

meal 2: Carb + Protein – Pre Workout Meal
Brown Rice
chicken
broccoli

meal 3: Carb + Protein – Post Workout Meal
grape juice
protein shake
some fruit

meal 4: Fat + Protein Meal
Pistachio Nuts
Piece of low fat cheese
tablespoon of flax seed oil or fish oil
broccoli

meal: Fat + Protein Meal
some kind of meat
table spoon flaxseed oil
a vegetable

Remember to steer away from carbs and fat in the same meal, very important. Base your portion sizes on how many calories you need to get in of coarse. Hope this meal plan helps for you in some way.
