Can someone please give me topics for a chemistry research paper?
I need to write a research paper for honors chemistry in 10th grade. We’re supposed to write about how some topic relates to chemistry and uses chemistry. I’m interested in biochemistry, and I was thinking about something with digestion like protein and lipids and metabolism. Well, does anyone have any other ideas for a chemistry topic that would deal with the human body? Thank you!
An interesting topic would perhaps to research how the body (or the specifically the liver) breaks down alcohol… and why people get hangovers!
Doing any topic on the human body can be tricky as it can be a very complex process. If you have learned about NAD and NADH then you should be OK but if not, I’d probably choose an easier subject.
