Calorie Metabolism Counter

Am I eating enough calories?
Tracking what i ate today (which was alot compared to normal) It only came around to about 927 calories. The fluids i drink are calorie free, except for some milk in my coffee. I’m a fourteen year old, around 100 pounds. Is 927 calories enough? Do I slow down my metabolism by eating under 1000 calories some days? I had yogurt, strawberries, some special k,and a apple for breakfast. Some veggies at lunch, 2 chocolate chip cookies…you know, the works…Maybe the calorie counter wasnt correct? But I had foods from nearly every food group. Is it bad if I eat about 1000 calories, but just barley preform any work on certain days? Will I gain weight from that? I’m really confused. help?
You are obsessed with your caloric intake and your weight. How can you even enjoy anything you eat, counting calories in every bite? Stop counting. Your weight is fine. Keep eating right, keeping sweets to the minimum (like you do), eating veggies, fruit and healthy cereals (like you do), and you’ll be fine. You can even substitute other foods. You have a basically good diet, but not enough food for a growing human being. A thousand calories isn’t going to make you gain weight. Stop worrying about calories, and enjoy your life!
