calcium metabolism problems
I have a weak body… help?

I have a weak body. Not severe bed ridden type. I have an awful immune system and I get sick really easy. If I don’t get enough rest I get sick… so i can’t do all nighters. I suffer from chronic migraines and a blood disease VWD…. This is kinda like the women version of hemophilia. I lack iron and calcium. But i have a high metabolism so I eat want I want… but I can’t do any sports cause of my problems. I take like 5-10 different medicines. I’m going to college tomorrow …its somewhere warm so that will help my body. Basically I get sick if my body unbalances.. stress..mad..sad..crying..etc.

Can someone give me ways to gain energy or anything that will help me be a little healthier without taking lots of medicine?

Vitamin D actives the immune system. Optimal levels are 70 – 80ng/ml or 175 – 200nmol/l. 5000IU a day. Magnesium deficiency causes migranes. Calcium and vitamin D are both needed in adequate supply to absorb. Calcium deficiency therefore causes vitamin D deficiency and vice versa. Magnesium is used as a co factor for vitamin D absorption and deficency in magnesium leads to low calcium levels. I used to be iron deficient all the time and the doctors could not find out why. Now, i realise it was always from my vitamin B12 deficiency. I had prolonged bleeding (in my case up to 40 minutes before clotting) with many other symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency which have resolved, along with iron anaemia, using oral B12 spray daily. There are various reasons for iron deficiency but iron will be low due to insufficient intake or deficiencies of manganese, copper, vitamin B-12, or other B vitamins…all of which are essential for iron utilization. Vitamin B12 is also called the energy vitamin. I can assure you it is. :)
